My first order with this store turned out so cute!! I loved the sweater so much and got so many compliments on it. Clearly, the owner is very talented. Because of this, I felt confident ordering a second sweater for my baby’s 1st birthday. With rush shipping and custom design it cost $140. For that much money, you would think that the owner would communicate with her customer. You would think that she would want to make sure what she designed is what her customer wants. I have reached out to her 4 times and only got a response when I replied to an Instagram post. Even then I was told that my order shipped days prior and USPS was just slow. However, I could see the tracking and it wasn’t given to USPS until a week later.
Once my sweater arrived, I literally cried. It wasn’t at all what I wanted. Luckily I found someone else that fixed it for me. I am so upset and frustrated and if this were any other store, I would expect a full refund. However, I understand that this is a small business and as I said, my first experience was amazing. So, I don’t expect a refund for anything other than the late shipping yet, I STILL can’t get a response from this shop.
