Horrible Customer Service

When I had my first daughter a year and a half ago, she was on top of her emails and responding to people. This time I emailed 3 times for a change (and emailed right away way before anything was prepared) and never got a response and got the product not the final way I wanted it. It also is taking an extended amount of time than 4-6 week turn around. Very disappointed with the customer service

First time ordered no issues! This second time I ordered in April 11. . I have reached out multiple times with no response and no delivery of my order.☹️☹️ I would still love my child’s sweater or if not making them just refund please.
